About Me, Dru Erin Houchen

I'm Dru. I do Structural Intervention for women who are ready for a business that finally works for them instead of against them.

I spent years being the infrastructure inside multiple six-figure businesses. Key holder. Lead operator. The person founders called when things went sideways. I have run sales, managed teams, built systems, handled operations, onboarded software, designed backends, and held the whole machine together while the founder focused on their genius.

I know what breaks. I know where it breaks. And I know why it keeps breaking no matter how hard you work or how many things you try.

Three phases. One complete rebuild. You can start with the Diagnostic alone or move through all three. The Diagnostic is required before entering Phase 2 or 3 because you cannot rebuild what you have not yet diagnosed.

14 days. 2 calls at 75 minutes each. Full written deliverable.

Phase 2 Design: The Blueprint $3,500

We take everything the Diagnostic uncovered and build your full implementation roadmap together. Every offer, system, structure, and priority gets designed, documented, and packaged into one complete guide you can go execute.

1 week intensive or 3 week extended build. Your choice. Same price. Same deliverable.

Phase 1 required to enter.

Phase 3 Direct: Implementation Support $1,500-$3,500

You have the Diagnostic. You have the Blueprint. Now you build. I am in your corner every weekday with async support and monthly calls while you execute so you never get stuck, spiral, or lose momentum mid-rebuild.
