The Three Phases

Phase 1 Diagnose

The Structural Diagnostic 14-days $3,500

Full audit of your brand, business, offers, operations, and backend. You walk away knowing exactly what is broken, why it is broken, and what to do about it. No guessing. No vague advice. Just answers.

You do not need to know what is wrong. That is my job. You just need to show up honestly and let me look under the hood.

What is included:
❋ 2 calls at 75 minutes each
❋ Full written diagnostic document covering identity, positioning, offer architecture, brand expression, and backend operations
❋ Prioritized roadmap of what to fix first, second, and third
❋ All call recordings

How it works:
❋ Day 1 first call.
❋ Days 2-13 I research, audit, and build your diagnostic.
❋ Day 14 I deliver the full written document and we book your second call to walk through it together.

Phase 2 Design

The Blueprint 1-3 weeks $3,500

Phase 1 required to enter.

We build the new foundation together. This is where the vision in your head gets translated, structured, and packaged into something real. We design your offer architecture, your systems, your positioning, your team structure, your operational priorities. Everything gets mapped, documented, and compiled into one complete implementation guide.

How it works: Choose your pace:
❋ Option A The Intensive: 5 days, 2 hours per day. One focused week. 

❋ Option B The Extended Build: 3 weeks, 6 calls at 2 hours each (2 calls per week).
