This is a six-week, high-touch restructuring engagement for established women-led businesses that are no longer sustainable as they are currently built.
I step in as temporary operational leadership to stabilize, simplify, and rebuild the foundation of your business so it can support your real life, your capacity, and the season you are actually in.
