Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: November 10th, 2025

This website and all services are operated by Dru Erin Houchen, sole proprietor. By purchasing any service, booking a session, or engaging in any project with Dru Erin, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Overview

I offer holistic brand coaching, business strategy, and creative consulting services for visionary women and creatives. All programs, calls, and materials are designed to support clarity, structure, and alignment in your business and creative process.

2. Payments, Pricing, & Late Fees

All prices are listed in USD

  • Kickstart Call: $375 paid in full before the scheduled session.

  • The Aligned Brand Build (12-Week Accelerator): $7,000 paid in full, or 50% deposit to begin and 50% due by Week 6.

  • Payment Plans: If a payment plan is approved, an additional 10% fee will be added to the total investment to cover processing, administration, and interest. Payment plan terms are set at the time of booking.

Late Payments: Payments are due on the dates listed in your invoice or agreement. If payment is not received within 10 days of the due date, all services and communication will pause. If payment remains unpaid beyond that period, the program will be considered terminated in full. You will forfeit all sessions, materials, and deliverables, and you will not receive any refunds, credits, or exchanges.

All payments are final. No refunds, no exchanges, no credits.

3. Session Use & Expiration

All sessions, calls, and program access must be used within 12 months of the original purchase date. Unused sessions or time after this period will expire without refund or credit.

4. Non-Transferability

All programs, sessions, and services are non-transferable. Purchased time or packages cannot be gifted, reassigned, or shared with another person or business without written approval from Dru Erin Houchen.

5. Communication & Availability

My communication windows are:

  • Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (Mountain Time)

  • Call Windows: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM

  • Channels: Email, text/WhatsApp, and voice memo support are available within these hours.

Messages received outside these times will be responded to during business hours. This structure ensures balance, flow, and integrity in the creative process.

6. Intellectual Property & Ownership

All proprietary methods, frameworks, workbooks, prompts, and processes (including but not limited to The Get It Together Method, The Clarity Portal, and related tools) remain the intellectual property of Dru Erin Houchen.

Clients own full rights to their completed brand assets, designs, and copy for use within their business. However, Dru retains shared rights to use all co-created materials, including brand visuals, copy, strategy, and testimonials, for portfolio, case studies, or marketing purposes.

If a client wishes to obtain full exclusive ownership of all co-created materials (meaning Dru will not use, share, or reference them in any form), an additional one-time fee of $5,000 is required for permanent exclusive rights.

7. Client Responsibility & Energy Exchange

Your investment represents both financial and energetic commitment. This work moves when both parties are in full integrity and participation. You agree to show up on time, complete requested work, and communicate clearly throughout the process. Your results depend on your willingness to engage and implement.

Client Conduct
Dru Erin Houchen reserves the right to terminate any engagement at her discretion if a client displays disrespectful, harmful, or unethical behavior; breaches confidentiality; or consistently disregards boundaries or timelines. In such cases, the program will end immediately, and no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued.

All client communication and materials are held in confidence. By working together, you agree that Dru may reference project outcomes, visuals, or testimonials in her portfolio and marketing unless you have purchased exclusive ownership rights as described above.

Clients who prefer complete confidentiality and privacy in perpetuity may opt out by purchasing the $5,000 exclusive ownership license.

9. Cancellations & Rescheduling

All booked sessions are confirmed once payment is received. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice via email or text. Missed or no-show sessions without notice are forfeited.
