FRACTIONAL COO · BOULDER, COLORADO · Working with founders across the US

Client results and case studies

These case studies show what changes when a wellness business gets real operations support: a skincare brand rebuilt in four months, a sound healing academy that tripled revenue, and a yoga brand brought into focus.

Case study: tallow skincare brand rebuild

What we built in four months

One brand: a brand guide with new logos and colors, a brand-new website, all-new packaging, labels, business cards and promo cards, affiliate and referral programs, instagram templates, and tutorials.

Before

Seven logos, colors all over the place, a broken website with no real pages, inconsistent packaging, labels, and marketing materials and no marketing system. The founder raised four children under 4 and ran a farm.

After

A buyer meeting at a Four Seasons location in Los Angeles and tons of new buyers drawn to her new look.

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT

What does a fractional COO do?

A fractional COO runs the operations of a business part-time: systems, team, pricing, policies, and planning. The founder leads. The COO makes it happen for a fraction of the cost of a full-time hire.

With over fifteen years inside businesses and 750 hours of somatic, nervous system, and wellness training, I work in the space where business strategy meets human capacity.

I see the broken operation and the person holding it together at the same time, and build solutions that fit both.

Who I work with

Wellness practitioners, yoga studios, dance studios, doulas and midwives. Birth collectives, retreat leaders, sound healers, somatic practitioners, nutritionists, fitness founders, artists, holistic health providers and collectives.

And occasionally: welders, skincare founders, clothing lines, artists, and anyone else building something real with a small team and a big vision.

The common thread is that you're brilliant at your craft and overwhelmed by the operational machinery it takes to sustain it.

Doulas, midwives and birth workers

Packages, contracts and on-call boundaries. Business systems for doulas.

Yoga and dance studios

Schedules, memberships, teacher pay and policies. Operations help for yoga studios.

Somatic and holistic practitioners

Pricing, service menus and booking policies. Business help for holistic practitioners.

Questions about hiring a fractional COO

How much does a fractional COO cost?

My Fractional COO Partnership is $3,000/month with a three-month minimum. If you are not ready for ongoing help, my Clarity Session is $495 for two hours and a written plan.

What is the difference between a fractional COO and a virtual assistant?

A virtual assistant completes tasks you assign. A fractional COO decides what needs to happen, builds the systems, leads the team and owns the outcome.

Do I need a team to hire a fractional COO?

No. Many of my clients are solo founders. For them, the work usually starts with schedule, policies, pricing and the first hire.

Do you work virtually?

Yes. I work with founders across the United States by video. I am based in Boulder, Colorado.

Not sure where to start?

Book a two-hour Clarity Session and leave with a written plan for what to fix first.
